Pricing

One price, and nothing metered

No per-order fee, no volume cap, and no tier that unlocks the thing you came for.

Provkeep is technical infrastructure: it records what your store did — which lot shipped, who bought it, what they were shown and accepted — and produces those records on demand. It does not decide whether those records satisfy your processor, and it cannot promise an outcome with them. Underwriting decisions and chargeback rulings are made by your acquirer and the card networks, on their own criteria. We make the record; they make the decision.

$79 per month

Billed monthly, cancel whenever. Connect your store.

$79 a month is the founder rate, and it is yours for as long as your subscription runs. The standard rate can rise for merchants who join later; yours does not move. The one condition, stated here rather than in small print: the rate follows the subscription, not the account. If you cancel and come back, you come back at whatever the rate is then.

Volume is not the meter, and that is the point

Where a tool bills per order, per document or per credit, the advertised entry price is not what anyone ends up paying. Nothing here is metered: not orders, not laboratory reports, not documents generated, not certificate pages served. The price on this page is the price.

What the price includes

Unlimited orders

No per-order pricing and no monthly cap. Volume is not the meter.

Unlimited lots and certificates

Upload every laboratory report you have. Storage is not the meter either.

The consent record at checkout

Runs inside WooCommerce before the order row is written. No order placed through this store's checkout is created without a consent record. Orders created by other routes do not pass through the checkout: an order keyed in by staff, a subscription renewal, a payment link, an order paid with Apple Pay, Google Pay or another express checkout, an upsell that creates a second order after the first, or an order created through the store's API or command line. The claim holds for a store whose checkout form renders the gate's field. A theme or page builder that replaces the classic checkout template can omit it, and this store is told when that happens rather than the orders being recorded as though the customer declined. On a Blocks checkout WooCommerce renders the field itself, so a theme cannot omit it.

The document for underwriting

One PDF for onboarding or reapplication, naming its own gaps rather than hiding them.

Documents for both kinds of dispute

When a customer says the product was not what they were told, the lot and the laboratory result published for it. When a customer says they never made the purchase, the packet lines that order up against their own earlier orders from you that carry no dispute recorded by this store — same address, same device, same account — and says which reading of the card network's criteria it meets. Whether it qualifies is the issuer's call, not ours.

Public certificate pages

A result per lot, checked against the report by someone at your store, on a stable URL you link from your product pages.

24 months of evidence retention

Kept after you close your account, because a dispute can arrive long after you have stopped selling.

This is early access, and here is what that actually means

Provkeep is in its first season. The record half of the product — what shipped, what was agreed, and the documents built from both — is built, tested and running. What early access means is narrower than it sounds, and it is worth being specific rather than vague:

  • Some surfaces are plainer than they will be. Screens are finished enough to use every day and will get better looking. None of that touches what is recorded.
  • Breadth is still growing. WooCommerce has a plugin; every other stack connects through the API today, and more of the dashboard’s actions reach that path each month.
  • You will shape what comes next. With a short list of stores, the thing you say is missing is genuinely the thing that gets built — and the address you write to reaches the person who writes it.

What early access does not mean: it does not mean your records are provisional. They are written the same way today as they will be in a year, and 24 months of retention applies from your first order. There is no stated number of places and no countdown — a number like that is a promise with a mechanism, and this is a market that has been handed enough of those.

Before you pay, read what this is not

What Provkeep is, and what it is not is one page, written plainly, and it is more useful before paying than after. If anything on it is unclear, support@provkeep.com answers questions from people who have not bought anything.
